Mantap88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the mantap88 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing mantap88 via the website or mobile app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the mantap88 platform — whether via the website at mantap88.ws or the mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use mantap88's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery. This platform is for adults only.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on mantap88 at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — including using different names, email addresses or payment details — violates these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. mantap88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in restricted or suspended account access.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. mantap88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through their account is legitimate and compliant with these terms. Any activity suspected to be in breach of the rules must be reported to mantap88 promptly.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the mantap88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include Malaysian online banking (FPX), Boost and GrabPay e-wallets, as well as other methods listed in your account dashboard.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. If a deposit is not credited within the expected period, please contact mantap88 customer support with valid proof of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the mantap88 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. Any rollover requirements tied to active promotions or bonuses must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Mantap88 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding a certain amount.
- Users are solely responsible for any bank charges or processing fees imposed by their respective payment service providers.
- All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed, except in specific circumstances at mantap88's discretion.
- Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the mantap88 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion or game manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing, selling or transferring account ownership to another person.
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
- Uploading, transmitting or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of third parties through the platform.
Mantap88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system downtime or software errors. mantap88's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Mantap88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms in this document. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the severity of the violation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting mantap88 customer support. Eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process and fulfilment of all rollover requirements. Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mantap88 platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code and design — is the exclusive property of mantap88 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any part of this content without explicit written permission from mantap88.
Third-Party Links
The mantap88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for informational convenience only and do not imply that mantap88 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mantap88 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on mantap88.ws. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Users may be notified of significant changes to these terms via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review the updated terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mantap88 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
